Be sure that you are using real, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar like Braggs and not some type of apple-flavored white vinegar. While apple cider vinegar may not taste the best, just try to keep in mind the health benefits you’ll reap. Drink up.

4.) Try Gluten Free

If you have cut processed foods out of your diet and you’re still exhibiting digestive issues like gas and bloating then you might want to consider going gluten-free or at least giving it a try for a while to see if it helps.
