6. Insomnia with Poppy Seeds

Take nutmeg and grind it to make a fine powder. Add honey and prepare a paste. If you take this paste it will help to get sound sleep. To prepare another treatment for insomnia, you have to add the juice of amla in a tablespoon of powdered nutmeg. Mix them to make a fine paste.

Serpagandha is used to get sound sleep. You can take ½ gram of serpagandha’s powder and mix some oil in it. You can take this before going to sleep.

In severe conditions, this remedy can be taken two times a day, once in the morning and other in the evening. It is the best cure for insomnia.

9. Cure Insomnia with Kava

Kava is good for treating sleeping disorders. It also helps to achieve a deep state of relaxation. It improves sleep without diminishing concentration or causing drowsiness.

10. Insomnia Diet

Grapefruit and tea are better than sodas and coffees. Some fruit juices contain sugar sources and it should be subsistent of alcoholic beverages.

11. Avoidable Things

Coffee and tea should be avoided before bedtime. Don’t take alcohol at dinner and throughout the rest of the evening.
