Third Eye Point
Positioned precisely between the eyebrows, in the indentation where the bridge of the nose meets the center of your forehead.
Acupressure on this point helps relieve stuffy nose, headache and congestion. Rub this area with two fingers for one to two minutes and repeat the process if necessary.
The point is located in the indentations of the eye sockets where the bridge of the nose meets the ridge of the eyebrows. Use your two middle fingers to rub the acupressure point.
