4. Mustard Oil and Salt
- Mix two teaspoons of mustard oil and common kitchen salt.
- Put this mixture in your mouth. Leaving it in for a while.
- Swish it all around your mouth.
- Then only spit out the saliva that it collects. Be careful to leave the mustard oil and salt in your mouth.
- To leave the mustard oil and salt in your mouth for at least a half-hour and then spit it out. This should get rid of bad breath right away.
5. The Lemon Juice, Ginger Juice, and Water Gargle
With a glass full of warm water, add one teaspoon each of lemon juice and ginger juice and gargle with it.
Gargle with this mixture at least twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the evening.
