  1. Mix 1 tablespoon of baking soda to 1 cup of water. 
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Soak a cotton ball in the baking soda mixture.

  5. Repeat this procedure 2 or 3 times every day until your razor bumps smooth out.

  1. Crush 1/2 cup of rolled oats until the individual oats start breaking down.
  2. Add cold water to the oats until it forms a thick paste.
